1. Cancellation Policy:

Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 03 hours of successfully placing the order.
After 03 hours, any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.
You will get 100% refund if cancellation time is within the allowed time ( 3 hours after placing your order) without any fee
The order can not be fully refunded if the cancellation request is sent after 3 hours.
2. How to modify/cancel an order?
Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.
Send the request with the above information to [email protected], with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].
3. Refunds for cancelled or modified orders:
The support department will quickly confirm about this cancelation and handle your refund amount as we accept it as valid request. It normally be taken 7 – 11 hours
The refund will be issued via your original payment method with our store after 5 to 7 business days.
